Nigerian film industry are careful of the things they do - Lydia Forson on The Juice

Ghanaian actress, writer and producer Lydia Forson is on The Juice couch this week talking about her rise in the African film industry, embracing her curves and a charity that is close to her heart.  Lydia talks about how she has accepted and embraced herself for who she is in hateful environments. "Confidence is a process, it is self acceptance. You have a choice to let people's opinion define you or to tell them to leap off".
